LOGOS AND TEXT
Current Garden State GreenFest 2012 Exhibitors: We are anxious to get your company listed in our online exhibitor directory. In order to make this happen, please email the following items to exhibitor@planethuggerevents.com:

• LOGO: send a jpg (minimum 150 pixels wide) or an eps file of your logo
• TEXT (SHORT): up to 30 words about your company for the exhibitor directory listing
• TEXT (LONG): up to 150 words about your company for your personal company page
• WEB ADDRESS: email us the web address that you would like listed in the directory

REFERRAL PROGRAM
Once you are confirmed as an exhibitor, refer another eco-friendly company to become a PlanetHugger exhibitor or sponsor and you will receive a $100 referral fee as soon as they sign on.

There is no limit on the number of companies you may refer. Please contact me at ruth@planethuggerevents.com with any questions or referrals.

LOAD IN AND TEAR DOWN
Load-in is Thursday, March 22nd 1pm to 6pm. Tear down may not start until the conclusion of the event Saturday, March 24 at 5pm.
